July 2008, Ajman, UAE: Escape, the prestigious equestrian community being developed in Ajman, has reached an agreement with Germany’s Nolte Kitchens to provide designer kitchens and cabinets to the villas, Saddle Homes, and apartments within the project. This follows a similar agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Zoralco International to supply the residences with a selection of Spanish terra cotta floor tiling and top quality fittings.

“We feel it is important for our home buyers to actually see what they are buying,” said Anwer Sher, General Manger of Escape.

Too often projects of this nature change design aspects while in the construction phase, and this can leave home buyers feeling disappointed or short changed. In the case of Escape, our buyers will see the actual kitchens, fittings and cabinets that will be in their homes, and sample boards and images are located within our sales office for easy viewing,” he continued.

July 20, 2008, Ajman, UAE: Earth moving work has begun at the Escape equestrian community site in Ajman, thus marking the development's official ground breaking.

The contract was awarded to Kazarooni Contracting Company of Ajman, and earthwork is expected to take 75 days, after which villa construction will begin on the 8.2 square million foot site located off the Emirates Road near the Ajman and Sharjah border.

"The technical and engineering timelines for Escape are on track and on schedule. Villa construction will start after summer, and the project consulting team is fully dedicated to this project," said Anwer Sher, General Manager Escape LLC.

"From a retail point of view, we have exceeded our sales expectations, and almost all of the villas and Saddle Homes at Escape are sold out. The sales response demonstrates that we are offering an attractive lifestyle mix as well as superior finishes and designs" he added.

The 200 acre exclusive development offers a variety of residential dwellings, including over 500 villas, 150 Saddle Homes, which are moderately priced two bedroom duplexes, and low rise apartments. February 18^th, 2008 - Ajman, UAE: Ajman's Escape equestrian community has appointed Hyder ACLA as the Master Planner, De Leeuw Middle East as project quantity surveyors, and Hyder Consulting as consultants for infrastructure of the 8.2 million square foot project. Hill International are the Project Managers, and AJ Design is the architect of record for the villas and low rise residential buildings. Located off the Emirates Road on the Ajman—Sharjah border, the project is set to break ground soon.
